I’m a mom of one, navigating life in my early 20s, and let’s just say… meeting people isn’t the easiest when you’re juggling motherhood, work and everything else that comes with life.

If there's one thing I just can't let go, it’s online dating. I’ve been on dating apps for as long as I can remember, and even though my experiences are far from perfect, I just can’t help but love them! They’ve made it less challenging to connect with people. (or is it really connecting) 

Whether you end up marrying someone, calling it quits, never seeing that person again, or even maintaining a solid friendship—it’s the convenience that draws me in. But don't get it twisted, dating apps are a disaster.

I’ve had my fair share of heartache, awkward conversations, and ghosting (of course), but there’s a strange thrill in meeting new people, learning about their lives, and putting yourself out there again and again. How is that not exciting?

My hopes are that maybe some of you out there will feel seen, heard, or just find humor in the mess we all face in this weird, wild dating world.
